Very happy!!!

I had to order a replacement kickstand for my Tyson e-bike , customer service was very helpful and responded to my emails rite away , my parts were shipped in a timely fashion… I love my e-bike , only thing is wish it went faster

I initially thought I was going to get a run around when I called Heybike to get a replacement part. To my surprise, it was quite the opposite. The representative who assisted me was very polite and helpful. We received the part within a weeks time and my daughter is now doing what she she enjoys and that is riding her Heybike. Grateful.

Warranty replacement part

The experience from start to finish was great. The only issue is paying 15 dollars for shipping . I feel that is Heybike responsibility while under warranty .
