So far so good. Haven’t ridden it a lot but I love it so far.

Looks great, didn’t feel that great

This isn’t my first e-bike, I have to say that the bike looks great, feels well designed and I’m very please with the purchase, after putting it together unfortunately I can’t say the same about the way the bike feels on my first ride. Unlike my other bike that was right out of the box, and also as my Ranger S there was a little assembly required, the Ranger S was out of adjustment. I went around the block and the bike feels too rough. The breaks need adjustment, the handle bar needs adjustment, the wheels feel that need balancing. Overall not very happy because it means I need to take it to a repair shop and get it adjusted which is going to cost me probably a couple of hundred dollars. I think Heybike should cover the cost of bringing bikes to the shop when they are not ready to be ridden. I’m not sure I’d buy another Heybike in the future.

A year and a half ago I bought a ranger, and I still love it, however now that I have a ranger s, the ranger seems like the prototype of it. Thanks for the upgrades!

I bought a basket for the back, along with the E bike, Ranger S, on 3/12/2024, I want to return the basket, sent email 2 times, but get no response, basket is to heavy to lift with the bike, I am 69 yrs old with bad arthritis in both shoulders, and on fixed income, I know I will take a loss, but at least I could get a much lighter basket, I love the bike, but do need a basket.

Small issue

Bike was easy to assemble. The "free" basket i was given does not fit this model. I would like a replacement
