Shipping nightmare

I finally received explorer bike on 16 April. Shippers were awful about delivery and kept saying they put request in on why delivery was so delayed but never heard back after I called each time why is there a delay hopefully this weekend I can enjoy bike after I put it together!!!!!!

I have two Mars also unfortunately one rear hub motor just went out with 115 miles on it..

My first E-bike

I have had my E-bike now for 14 days with about 43 miles I have ridden, thoroughly enjoying trails in my area and the ease of riding bicycle, I added a larger seat since I 'am large and a mirror for safety concerns but so far everything is working the the way its suppose to no real issues with the Explore model e-bike

Very Comfortable Ride

I have been able to ride 25-55 mile ranges with hills with ease. The bike handles nicely and the step through makes it easy & safe to get on & off of the bike. It only cost pennies to fully charge the bike so it is energy efficient as well. I am glad I chose this bike! 😎
