Unauthorized and Fake Seller Warning
Heybike products are sold in the United States through a network of authorized dealers selected by Heybike LTD. These dealers have been chosen for their ability to properly represent and sell.
Unfortunately, Heybike products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Some websites even use our HeyBike name and brand but have no bikes. They just take the money and have nothing to deliver. For example, you may find fake sellers selling the e-bike at a price (like a price of $79 or $80) that is too much lower than normal, if you purchase it, they would never ship anything to you. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from Heybike. Instead, the goods sometimes are purchased on a secondary "gray" market or pirated goods not produced by Heybike LTD. These sorts of goods are also likely to be damaged, defective, stolen, or counterfeit. It is common for such dealers to deny responsibility for product/support issues. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to Heybike warranty coverage.
We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from selling Heybike products, but these practices may still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase and to purchase products from an authorized retailer.
If you find a fake seller, kindly Report the website/store! And if worse, once you purchase from a fake seller, you must have to contact the credit card company and open a dispute ASAP so that stop the transaction, as the fake dealer would never ship you anything but only keep your money!
