The below terms are applicable to your Heybike Electronic Coupons (“Coupon”).

1. Delivery for Coupons purchased online.
Coupons purchased online via heybike.com are delivered in digital form and will be emailed directly to the purchaser. Please note that the coupon code will be sent to all purchasers via email when the ALPHA eBike officially launches for sale. Customers will not receive the code in advance. Additionally, Heybike is not responsible for incorrect digital coupon delivery due to the entry of an incorrect email address.

2. Redeem a Coupon.
Coupons are redeemable towards the purchase of ALPHA ebike only and can not be used with other coupons/codes/discounts. Limit to one use per customer and only apply the coupon once per order.

3. Purchase and Use of a Coupon.
- The $50 For $150 coupons are limited for sale to only 100.
- Coupons, exclusively applicable for purchasing ALPHA all terrain eBikes on Heybike Official website, are tax-free. Notably, the $50 For $150 coupons are solely accessible for purchase during the pre-launch phase, preceding the official launch of ALPHA on heybike.com. Please note that the ALPHA eBike is not eligible for any other discount codes. Only the early bird coupon specifically designated for the ALPHA eBike can be applied.

4. Non-Refundable, Not For Resale.
All Coupon sales are final and nonrefundable. Coupons cannot be transferred to another gift card for value, or redeemed for cash, check or credit (except as required by law).

5. General.
By purchase, use, or acceptance of Coupons, you agree to comply with these Coupon terms and conditions. Heybike reserves the right to modify or amend Coupon terms and conditions at any time.
