Cityrun bought thru Amazon 72feb24. Seems to be basically well designed and made. Not for small persons. Arrived well packaged, easy to assemble, instructions bad as expected. So far rides nice and no big problems. Issues include:
1/Throttle does not work independent of a selected pedal assist speed - quite disappointing.
2/Key locks battery but will not shut off power - poor security.
3/Short fenders do not protect rider and bike from wet surface muck picked up by tires. I found a better Rad bike fender for the front, waiting for a rear replacement. Minimal tread on tires give 0 traction on soft, wet surface like grass, mud or slush.
4/Hard seat replaced and shock seat post added, in-the-way bottle holder discarded.
5/Little indent buttons on teeny controller. Hard to operate on the go, impossible wearing gloves.
6/Nice paint job marred by huge lettering - a billboard on wheels. Fixed with reflector tape.
7/Peddle assist speeds seem set too high. Who would ever use #5? A level between 1 & 2 would be nice for hills.
8/front basket is 3 kilos of solid steel, too heavy for bike. Heybike kindly send me saddlebags.

Nice bike! But some issues with the shipping scratch parts missing parts a free three XL T-shirt And not so quick response when reached out to customer service. Sure yes nice bike, but just know the company is not without its faults.

Got my bike on a Tuesday & put out together on Thursday being my day off. We had a snow storm on Sat so haven't had a chance to even ride it yet but a little disappointed by what I read in the manual, it's supposed to be a commuter bike but recommended not getting the bike wet. So using it only on nice days & fearful getting caught in the rain when riding it for recreation. Guess I have to have zip lock bags handy to put over the screen & controls so I'm taken back by this news & no one in the reviews mentioned it & I watched a few.

No complaints with bike, but had I known I was going be flooded with 50 t0 60 ads. every time I turned on my computer I would have never ordered the DAMN thing.

I’ve owned two other e-bikes over last 4 years but I finally found the bike for me. It has most of features standard that I was looking for. It’s solid, well built and stylish.
