can you order an extra battery for this particular bike? seems very limited as to options for this special edition. was going to make the purchase but seems too difficult to get the accessories that go with this particular model

I really love this bike , Been on bike trails and off road and love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ love it !!!!!!!!! The battery works great . Got some extra accessories to make it mine. I eneded up getting an extra battery . Which I would recommend for everyone. My next purchase will be the ranger, just to switch it up. Can't wait to try that one

I absolutely love my heybike i read a review saying hey ike couldn't climb basic hills ???? Maybe there is a malfunction with your bike. I literally go up hills everyday. In 'the hills' section of scranton pa also I've climbed dirt and rocky hills around my area I've had my bike for 4 months I ride everyday without being dramatic this bike has 100 percent improved my life
What is the difference between the Limited Edition Mars and regular Mars?
Firstly, it is obvious that the color of Limited Mars is Black and yellow while the regular edition is black. A Limited Mars also has a souvenir plate on the frame, 2 alloy wheels, an upgraded color display, a stronger 48V 15Ah battery, also a souvenir box in the package.
What is the class of Limited Mars?
The Limited Edition Heybike Mars is a class 2 e-bike.
How many Limited Mars will be produced? And will it be re-produced in the future?
There will only be 500 limited Mars e-bikes for sale. And we will not produce it after it is sold out. In this case, please don't hesitate and miss it!
What if my Limited Mars has a quality issue? Would the replacement parts be the same as the regular edition?
If your limited Mars has a quality issue, please don't worry, we have a 2-year warranty on it. We do not recommend you to use the parts of regular edition Mars for replacement. Please contact us and send us some photos or videos of the issue so that we can provide you with instructions for solving the problem.
