Mars Spare Battery

I have over 3000 miles and it is still working fine.

I bought my Mars e-bike a few months ago--it is great, rides REALLY smooth, thanks to the fat tires. I love the fact that I can fold it up and fit it in my car, which is amazing. I had a little mishap when the pedal broke off (aluminum pedal and aluminum pedal crank, to save weight, I imagine.) I can't really review the extra battery because unfortunately Heybike ships with Fedex, who used to be really great but now seem to be the height of incompetency. The delivery required me to be at home to sign for it, but since I work for a living, I couldn't wait at home all day for Fedex to drop it off--since, unlike UPS, they don't tell you when they're going to come by. In the event, they slapped a sticker on my front door and didn't give me an option to "hold for pickup"--the way UPS and USPS do. Apparently they held it for pickup somewhere...and didn't tell me where, so they shipped it back AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS. Now Heybike wants to charge me $30 to re-ship the battery to me, with no real guarantee that Fedex won't screw it up again. So I can't really review the replacement battery until I actually receive it. I'm hoping Heybike will step up with a solution to get the battery to me without having to keep paying over and over again for shipping. I guess we'll see.

Seen it on Amazon. Ordered on Sept 8, 2021.
Put about 500 miles on it already… fell off twice so far..
Needed brakes around mid October…
Been ready for a secondary battery since early Nov.
Woke up to a busted back tire on Monday 1/10..
I’m out of commission till further notice..
Feel like buying a whole new bike 🤷🏼

My original battery only lasted 143 mile total used miles

Works perfect.
