I love my mars 2.0 bike, but when it first arrived there was a problem with the programing of the controller. I had 2 choices, 1 sent it back and wait weeks or carry it to a local bike shop/dealer.
I took the bike to the shop/dealer and they reprogram the system and it now works perfectly. The customer service dept promised to Reimburse the $120.00 I paid the shop.
It's been a few weeks now and I have not received anything.
