My husband and I purchased these 3 months ago - we are in our 60's. The bikes have renewed a sense of adventure for us! We ride every day and take them on trips with us. The bikes handle well on rough trails but they are not for technically difficult trails. Work great on the beach sand at low tide. We are very happy with our purchase. Customer service is quick to respond (I lost my keys and had to replace the lock).
I purchased the metallic sand gold tone bike, it looks amazing! I love how easy it folds to put in the back of my Jeep to go down to the beach and ride the trails. Smooth ride with a lot of pick up.
I love this bike, I recently purchased it for me to do exercise with my knee, I had a total knee replacement, and the therapy I was getting was not good enough, I ride the bike to get my knee back in shape, and so far it’s been a blast riding it. I have to take it slow, and being able to adjust the gears on the ranger s is perfect and easy for me. Love this bike❤️❤️❤️❤️.
My RangerS gives me so many options, road, trail, errands, etc. which for me is freedom. I have no car so this is my freedom machine. It is well-engineered and versatile.
So sturdy and solid! Feels so good and tight while riding! I love it!
HOWEVER… after a few miles on the speedometer, the rear wheel has a “squeal” noise that has started. I reached out by email to Customer Support and provided a video of the sound coming from the wheel and requested to call me back.
It’s been 3 days and no one has called. I suspect it’s possibly a minor adjustment to the rear brake area but I would like to speak with someone before I continue riding. Seems like the only issues with these bikes in the customer reviews are with HeyBike and their lack of customer support. Hoping to hear back from them soon.
