Is cityrun suitable for short people to ride?
Of course! It can be said that Cityrun is most adaptable to people with short height among all models. This is because it is a tailor-made bike that takes into account people's height and handling ability. The step-through frame makes it easy to straddle the bike, and the wide and soft saddle ensures comfortable rides. The recommended rider's height for Cityrun is 5'4" ~ 6'5".
Can I Buy A Spare Battery?
Of course, you can! We have to tell you that extra batteries are always in high demand and sometimes out of stock. So, grab the chance as long as it is available and shows online. And orders for batteries will be fulfilled within our general shipping time the same as e-bikes.
If the battery for your e-bike model shows out of stock, please do not purchase any other Heybike e-bike battery because it will not be compatible with your e-bike model. If it’s in urgent need, we recommend you contact our customer service team to help you register and arrange shipment when the battery is available.
What kind of weather can I ride in?
Cityrun can tolerate biking during most weather conditions. However, if it impacts your visibility and has the possibility to affect your bike's functionality, we don’t recommend riding in such unsafe conditions. Please be cautious about the weather and choose to ride in safe conditions.
Is my Cityrun pre-assembled?
The Cityrun is partially assembled. All you need to do is some simple assembly of the front wheel, fender, saddle, pedals, and other parts according to the instructions. You can download the Cityrun user manual or look at the assembly video for help.
How to adjust each PAS level speed on the ebike?
- You can adjust the PAS speed with Cityrun display.
- Cityrun supports App control. You can adjust the PAS level speed in the App. Find the setting button in the App and choose "personalize". Then you will find the speed settings.
How to turn off the automatic headlight function?
Cityrun's headlight can automatically turn on when the surroundings get dark. If you do not want this feature, just press the "Auto" button on its right handlebar and then you can turn on/off the headlight with the common button regardless of the lighting conditions.

My wife and I just retired and we thought a e-bike would be a great way to get some exercise and travel around our new neighborhood we also just moved to. After a few weeks of research and visiting every website on all e-bikes we settled for the Cityrun by Heybike. We love the look of the bikes and you can’t beat the price. We got a great deal on buying 2. The bikes came exactly when they said it would. They are super easy to assemble considering it’s about 85% assembled when it arrives. We never rode on a e-bike before and these bikes made it easy to learn. They are so much fun. They have excellent power for hills and for just going along flat areas. We would recommend these bikes to anyone wanting a e-bike. We’ve been out every day on them since they arrived. We just love them.
Last Sunday I finished putting it together and have enjoyed about 4 miles daily. The last 3 days it’s been raining and I have missed riding my e-bike. I had trouble getting my front tire on with the brake fitting together. I opened it a little with a screw driver and now the tire doesn’t turn as easily as it should. Be more careful about that than I was. Also missing 3 screws nuts with the fenders. Customer service is working to help me with that part hopefully. Consumer reports rated this bike as the best one they reviewed, so that was my biggest reason for buying this one. It feels very good riding it. I enjoy it.
