Folding e-bikes can be suitable for long rides, but it's suggested to ensure that the bike is properly adjusted to your size and riding preferences to minimize discomfort. Before lengthy journeys, you can test the bike's comfort and performance over extended distances.
Do folding e-bikes have a weight limit?
Of course! For Ranger S and Tyson e-bikes, the max load capacity is 400 lbs (not including the bike weight); For Mars 2.0, Horizon, and Ranger e-bikes, the max load capacity is 330 lbs (not including the bike weight).
What's the warranty for Heybike ebikes? Can I extend it?
We provide a 2-year warranty for all Heybike electric bikes, including the combo sale. Besides, the Hero's bike frame has a 10-year warranty.
You can extend the bike warranty at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase. Please note that different plans of extended warranty
need corresponding payment.
