Bike Rack Pannier Bag

How do I start? The material of these bags are strong and I expect them to last a good long time, Im impressed that they have many storage options on them...they attach to my mars 3.0 without issues and the straps were long enough to reach from front to back under the rack and be very secure... They can fit a gallon of ice cream without issues with a little room left over or fit 2 24 oz things of honey nut Cheerios (Sam's club) without issues, note they are not huge but for a weekend trip you will be able to bring just enough to be able to enjoy a ride and not have to worry about did you bring enough. A trip to the local market to pickup what you forgot or a small bag of things np at all..I really love the reflector strips on the rear for people behind you to see it's a added bonus and the fact I can easily remove them is a bonus. My only major question about them is this....will the straps last through the UV and not be like normal china ones and crap out after a few months of use... How I mounted the bags is from front to back under the rack with the clips towards the rear and the straps have about 2 inches left and I can dang near pick the bike up with the straps attached so it's not going anywhere at all..overall very satisfied..

Love exploring with my Heybike mars knowing I can include all of my necessities. Now I just need a green one for my Ranger:)

I purchased a Ranger S, ordering a Cargo Rack and Black Saddle Bag. I cannot get the Saddle Bag on the rack, the two straps are not long enough to fit the frame of the Rack. The Hey Bike Customer Service representative to me "I only to need to buckle the first strap". Really buckle one of the two straps! WIth one strap, what happens when the Saddle Bag is under load? The Saddle Bag cost $79.00. This is a design issue. Hey Bike's Customer Service representative the said, "Well I'm really sorry for that" and then ended the chat. Terrible customer service which tells you a lot about HeyBIke's product design and customer support. I will be submitting this negative review on every eBike forum I've used as well as tell anyone who asks me about my HeyBIke not to purchase one.

I bought 2 rangerS, was easy to put together was able to program the speed settings that comfortable to my liking, set speed 5 10 15 20 & 25. We have a hill in our neighborhood with 15% grade it pulled it with no problem, had to pellet some. It has been cold here but we did get out and ride some, around 15 miles and we had plenty of battery power left, can’t wait for warm weather

Great Customer service. We ordered right before Christmas so the order did take a little longer than expected but the customer service was exceptional and they responded quickly and advised shipment dates. One accessory was out of stock and customer service was quick to follow up with a offer of replacement accessory
