We live in a town of steep hills and scenic water views and these bikes let us easily navigate the terrain to and from the waterfront activities and entertainment. They are a true joy to ride! I've installed the baskets and love the added utility for quick trips to the market, or just a quick picnic at a local park. I've recommended them to all my friends.

Really enjoying my Heybike! It's my first experience with ebikes and I think I got the best bike first try. Shipping was prompt and assembly went smoothly. I now ride the many local rail trails and take it camping and fishing. My health has improved a lot in just 3 months of riding, I've lost weight and gained strength, and love cruising around the neighborhood with my twin grandchildren. I ordered a Mars 2.0 about 6 months ago. It was easy to put together right out of the box. The seat post that was shipped with my bike was the wrong size. After I sent an email to customer support, they quickly sent me the correct seat post, and I was off enjoying my new bike. I love the comfort and speed of the Mars 2.0 and am ready for this weekend to hit the trails again.

I have 2 Cityruns and both have performed way above my expectations. My oldest, the green model, has over 5k miles on it and my second (a black one) has 2k now. They are comfortable, practical, and durable and are perfect for commuting 40 miles a day. I live in Denver and the Cityrun is ideal for the terrain.

Absolutely loving our new Ranger S 1000W combo bikes! My wife and I have been taking them out multiple nights per week. Battery recharges quickly and the baskets are very robust. VERY happy!!!

Ive had the bile for about 4 months will say it doesnt go 35mph but its fast emough and extremely happy with the purchase the most comfortable fattire ebike i ever rode its like riding on a lazyboy recliner without the lazy” only issue i had is sometimes it feels a little loose in the back end when in top soeed but have souble checked all my tightness on susoension bolts and every thing is fine made sure it was properly inflated for air pressure and it is all good but alot of tye fattire bikes ive rode aseem to all have felt a little loose in the ass but not to where u feel anykind of pressure thank u and 5 stars on rhe hero 750 midrive would not have got any other bike even if knowing before

Just the e-bike I was looking for! After putting a few hundred miles on my new bike I’m very satisfied. Powerful, attractive, easy to handle but most of all; a lot of FUN. Love the torque sensor. Customer service was fast to respond with one question I had.

The Alpha is the most affordable mid motor bike. Been using it on my homestead towing heaving items with a trailer. Its a fun bike with tons of power. I use it to move electric fencing. My property is sloped, so I notice the torque power compared to my hub motor bikes.

I honestly love this bike ! Everywhere I go I always get a compliment on it I highly recommend it ! The battery last pretty long ! Fast ! And well equipped even for night drives love it .

Order the combo set. Only thing that happened was the shark Grey was back ordered and i was not informed of this and glad i called when only 1 bike came in otherwise i would have been waiting a while. Heybike sent me the blue one instead. After receiving the second bike the fun started. The bikes have been amazing to ride around and do exactly what they say they will do. I recommend the Hey Bike Ramger S 1000. The baskets that are provided free will keep the bike from completely folding up but that is not an issue for me. I have received plenty of good comments about our bikes. Thank you Heybike and keep all of us customers happy.

Cityrun has exceeded my expectations. Accessible pedal assist and throttle features makes it easy to adjust the ease and speed. Bike is sturdy and well-built.
I bought it after test riding other brands and researching e-bikes on Consumer Reports who gave it the highest rating for class 2 e-bikes.

Good value, good exercise and lots of fun.

This is my first e-bike purchase and I’m really happy with the Mars 2.0. I’m a shorty, only 5’2” and it works great for me. I can still put my feet on the ground with the seat at its lowest. Customer service is also great. I had a question about how to turn on the display after assembly so decided to call and ask and it couldn’t have been any quicker or easier. My hubby and I both got one and we both love them. Very fun to ride!

Previously have ebikes 26", 20" and now the Horizon with full suspension equals a comfortable ride. Only downside is the thumb throttle. Would prefer twist throttle, better control of take off and maintaining speed. Hence 4 star review.

As you can see, my wife (72 years old) is jealous and loves my bike! It is easy to handle and comfortable. With its big battery, she can leave without worry and I am very happy when she gives it back to me!
