Generally each ebike order will be shipped within 1-2 businss days.

What's the return & refund policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. Please first contact our customer service team atsupport@heybike.comto get a return shipping label. What's the warranty for Heybike ebikes? Can I extend it?

We provide a 2-year warranty for all Heybike electric bikes, including the combo sale. Besides, the Hero's bike frame has a 10-year warranty.

You can extend the bike warranty at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase. Please note that different plans of extended warranty need corresponding payment. Please refer to the Warranty Policy for more details.
