Heybike Cityrun

Riding the bike has been easy and very fun!

It came with a defective throttle

It was packed well. Assembly was a little more time consuming than I expected. The brakes needed adjusted but that was easy thanks to YouTube. The throttle was broken, I called HeyBike and they asked me if I did this and that, I did so they sent me a new throttle, received it in a week. Very pleased with support! The weather has turned bad so I haven’t had a chance to ride it, looking forward to a nice day.
