What's the warranty policy?

We permanently offer a 2-year warranty for everything of the Hero ebike, including the integrated handlebar. In case of any malfunctions with the integrated headlight or display, you'll need to remove the entire handlebar. The good news is, we will send you a new handlebar if a replacement is in need. We've conducted tests to confirm the water resistance of both the light and display. You can be confident about their protection from water damage as long as they are not fully submerged. As for the carbon fiber bike frame, we offer a 10-year warranty for it.

There are several reasons for you to buy a carbon fiber ebike: lightweight agility, strength and stiffness, durability (resistant to corrosion), good performance with great efficiency in power transfer. Additionally, carbon fiber provides excellent shock absorption, enhancing the overall comfort of the ride.

How many hours does it take to fully charge the Hero ebike?

It takes 4-5 hours to fully charge Hero with a 4A charger.

No, Hero's taillight works independently and it is not integrated with a brake light.

Hero's top speed is 35 mph.

What's the maximum range of Hero?

Hero's maximum range is up to 60 miles in the PAS mode. It also depends on the specific rider's weight, road conditions, riding habits, and so on.

Does my height/weight suit HERO?

The recommended rider height for Hero is 5'3" ~ 6'6"; The total payload capacity of Hero is 400 lbs (not including the bike weight).

Have the hero 750 fattire middrive carbon fiber frame etc

Ive had the bile for about 4 months will say it doesnt go 35mph but its fast emough and extremely happy with the purchase the most comfortable fattire ebike i ever rode its like riding on a lazyboy recliner without the lazy” only issue i had is sometimes it feels a little loose in the back end when in top soeed but have souble checked all my tightness on susoension bolts and every thing is fine made sure it was properly inflated for air pressure and it is all good but alot of tye fattire bikes ive rode aseem to all have felt a little loose in the ass but not to where u feel anykind of pressure thank u and 5 stars on rhe hero 750 midrive would not have got any other bike even if knowing before

Great commuter for rough roads

I've ridden to work on this beast for the last couple of weeks, and woooo-weeeee! It is great. I love how the mid-drive really picks up on my pedaling action. Will eventually take it out on trails to get muddy, but it's working great as a commuter right now! Just needs fenders.
