What's the warranty policy?
We permanently offer a 2-year warranty for everything of the Hero ebike, including the integrated handlebar. In case of any malfunctions with the integrated headlight or display, you'll need to remove the entire handlebar. The good news is, we will send you a new handlebar if a replacement is in need. We've conducted tests to confirm the water resistance of both the light and display. You can be confident about their protection from water damage as long as they are not fully submerged. As for the carbon fiber bike frame, we offer a 10-year warranty for it.
Why choose a carbon fiber ebike?
There are several reasons for you to buy a carbon fiber ebike: lightweight agility, strength and stiffness, durability (resistant to corrosion), good performance with great efficiency in power transfer. Additionally, carbon fiber provides excellent shock absorption, enhancing the overall comfort of the ride.
How many hours does it take to fully charge the Hero ebike?
It takes 4-5 hours to fully charge Hero with a 4A charger.
Does the bike come with an integrated taillight that also functions as a brake light?
No, Hero's taillight works independently and it is not integrated with a brake light.
What's the torque of Hero?
The Hero with 750W Mid-Drive motor comes with 160 N·m torque, while the 1000W Rear Hub motor version comes with 100 N·m torque.
How fast can Hero go?
Hero's top speed is 35 mph.
What's the maximum range of Hero?
Hero's maximum range is up to 60 miles in the PAS mode. It also depends on the specific rider's weight, road conditions, riding habits, and so on.
Does my height/weight suit HERO?
The recommended rider height for Hero is 5'3" ~ 6'6"; The total payload capacity of Hero is 400 lbs (not including the bike weight).
