Of course! It can be said that Cityrun is most adaptable to people with short height among all models. This is because it is a tailor-made bike that takes into account people's height and handling ability. The step-through frame makes it easy to straddle the bike, and the wide and soft saddle ensures comfortable rides. The recommended rider's height for Cityrun is 5'4" ~ 6'5".

Of course, you can! We have to tell you that extra batteries are always in high demand and sometimes out of stock. So, grab the chance as long as it is available and shows online. And orders for batteries will be fulfilled within our general shipping time the same as e-bikes.

If the battery for your e-bike model shows out of stock, please do not purchase any other Heybike e-bike battery because it will not be compatible with your e-bike model. If it’s in urgent need, we recommend you contact our customer service team to help you register and arrange shipment when the battery is available.

Cityrun can tolerate biking during most weather conditions. However, if it impacts your visibility and has the possibility to affect your bike's functionality, we don’t recommend riding in such unsafe conditions. Please be cautious about the weather and choose to ride in safe conditions.

The Cityrun is partially assembled. All you need to do is some simple assembly of the front wheel, fender, saddle, pedals, and other parts according to the instructions. You can download the Cityrun user manual or look at the assembly video for help.

1. You can adjust the PAS speed with Cityrun display.
2. Cityrun supports App control. You can adjust the PAS level speed in the App. Find the setting button in the App and choose "personalize". Then you will find the speed settings.

Cityrun's headlight can automatically turn on when the surroundings get dark. If you do not want this feature, just press the "Auto" button on its right handlebar and then you can turn on/off the headlight with the common button regardless of the lighting conditions.
