Cityrun

Last Sunday I finished putting it together and have enjoyed about 4 miles daily. The last 3 days it’s been raining and I have missed riding my e-bike. I had trouble getting my front tire on with the brake fitting together. I opened it a little with a screw driver and now the tire doesn’t turn as easily as it should. Be more careful about that than I was. Also missing 3 screws nuts with the fenders. Customer service is working to help me with that part hopefully. Consumer reports rated this bike as the best one they reviewed, so that was my biggest reason for buying this one. It feels very good riding it. I enjoy it.

This is my first e-bike. I did a lot search on reviews This bike is just awesome the ride the battery the material is all high standards. Pedal assist is just great. I would recommend this product to all. Will never be disappointed. On top of all the good things of this bike. The customer service is prompt and awesome.

I use to ride a traditional bike and my husband and I would ride often. Due to medical reasons (& some lazy reasons, lol) I stopped riding. My husband still rode his bike several times a week. Even when I tried to get back into it I could not keep up with his level of athleticism and felt like I was holding him back. He got me my Cityrun bike for our 36 anniversary and just like that I am back riding. I try to use my own power as much as possible but the extra help from the bike allows me to ride at his pace! I have had the bike for just under 2 weeks and have rode it 6 out of 10 days around 85 miles on it already. I absolutely love it’s life changing!!!

Spent over one month researching and test riding traditional and eBikes. Even created a comparison spreadsheet to evaluate (e)Bike specs and features. As one of the last eBikes I evaluated, Heybike checked all the boxes. More than pleased to find that Cityrun is Consumer Reports top rated Class 2 eBike. :-)

There was a gross miscommunication in terms of providing the correct tracking #. To HeyBike's credit they relayed the right tracking # the next business day (though had to sweat it out over weekend wondering where my eBike had disappeared to).

So far so good -- no damaged parts despite having a visible hole with bolt/nut protruding from delivery box. Very ecstatic with my purchase of the affordable and stylist Cityrun!

I purchased this bike for my fathers 86th birthday, the Cityrun provides an easy mount and dismount step through as well as multiply safety and comfort features and the necessary pedal assist to allow him to continue to enjoy cycling. The cycle was delivered on time and was easy to assemble. Based upon the bike and it's components I firmly believe that the Cityrun is a solid value in the e-bike marketplace.
