First E-bike after hours of looking at all the sellers. Like the bike, customer service is like going to a hack dentist!! Customer service does not represent the bike or company well. Nice touches over others wrap put around front lines gear guard in back. Fast strong. Battery showed it dropped two bars after hard ride. When bike sits awhile charge rises. (Guess heat while riding drains it but next day after it’s cool not as low as when ridden. And if pedaling rather than just throttle doesn’t drop back down fast holds the self recuperation. Better than torque
style bike by far if physical issues
are a concern! (Cadence style motor is the best way to go.) You can still pedal hard to work out but just spin the sprocket when tired and will keep your speed!! Buying two more bikes one for wife one for son. Customer support almost made me go to another company because of not wanting to send me a new kick stand. But they did finally.

Three issues front fender needs to be longer to avoid splashing into amp/bec housing underneath bike, kickstand should be made of iron or steel not aluminum to prevent the weight of the bike from stripping out the screws and should stand the bike up a little further. And definitely should have had hydraulic brakes (which I installed).

I have used my heybike for two hunting seasons and it has never let me down. It is fast, comfortable and quiet. I love my heybike and would buy another tomorrow if something happened!

Fawn with Customer Service is the best helped me with my issues with the battery and had it resolved within a week and very concerned about my issues would definitely recommend Heybike and Farm to anybody

The Explore is my second HeyBike, and I have purchased other brands (Super 73, Aventon) but HeyBike continues to be my favorite! My new explore can certainly carry a cargo load as promised!

I bought the HeyBike Explorer and absolutely love it! It was so easy to install and love all the additional options to add on. Other people on a motorcycle even said to me “hello fellow biker” which made me feel so happy. I went for my first ride to Walmart and everyone was telling me they liked it and wanted to know where they could get one. I plan on becoming a rep. and want to promote HeyBike because I believe in their product and everyone should have one. Bird scooters are all over in my town but if people knew more about these bikes Bird would not exist. Go buy one and you won’t be disappointed at all!!! Thank you!
