The battery doesn't fit for my Ranger S, it's a bit too big! I will say that I absolutely love HeyBike, I've gotten my Ranger S and the back rack bags from their store and they work beautifully!! The support team is amazing and always on the ball to help, I'm sure I'd love the spare Ranger S battery, I just think I got sent the wrong item? Maybe one of the bikes has a battery that looks similar, the label has different wattages- (I'm not a tech guy, forgive me) -and numbers from my original Ranger S battery as well!! But if you're looking for an electric bike, I cannot recommend HeyBike enough, this is the only bike that's actually lasted my ride to work everyday 😂😂

Moved back from an overseas assignment and we couldn’t find a shipper to bring back the battery as it is considered Dangerous Goods. Spoke to tech support and had a new one within a week. Thanks Heybike for your service!

So far so good.
After 20 miles only throttle
one bar, thus change to a fully charged "fresh" battery. Arthritis causes throttle only, thus new fresh battery is a requirement. Just wish I could have gotten the fifty dollars off heybike first offered. Spare battery is a total confidence builder. Yeaaaa!
