What is the warranty?
The original warranty for Ranger S is 1 year. If you buy it between April 1st and June 30th, 2024, we will give the bike another 1-year warranty (2 years warranty in total). Besides, you can purchase the extended warranty service at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase.
Compared to 750W, what is the advantage of Ranger S with a 1000W motor?
The advantage of Ranger S with a 1000W motor lies in its increased power, enhanced control, and improved riding experience. What type of sensor is used on the Ranger S?
The 1000W Ranger S is equipped with a torque sensor; The 750W Ranger S is equipped with a cadence sensor.
Can I transport Ranger S in a car trunk?
Ranger S can be folded and stored in a car trunk. Its folded dimensions are 40*20*31 inch, and its unfolded dimensions are 70*24.4*50 inch.
Can I Ride Ranger S in The Rain?
Though Heybike e-bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so exercise caution and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible. As for the waterproof level, the whole bike meets IPX4 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
What Types of Terrain Can Ranger S Handle?
Ranger S ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. Ranger S is also suitable for all-season use.
Are Ranger S E-Bikes Suitable for All Ages and Fitness Levels?
Heybike e-bikes are generally suitable for a wide range of ages (above 16 years old) and fitness levels, as the electric motor provides adjustable assistance to accommodate different riding abilities. Besides, please note the max load for Ranger S is 400 lbs, and please consult with a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns before riding.

How to adjust each PAS level speed on the ebike?

Is my Ranger S pre-assembled?
The Ranger S is partially assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download the Ranger S user manual or look at the assembly video for help.
