Rear Wheel

Had to replace my rear wheel on my heybike Race. It was shipped promptly and arrived before my wee long bike trip. Product was a direct fit for my e-bike.

My rear tire was bent in an accident. I ordered the new tire and it came in a timely manner and my husband was able to change it with no problems.

Awesome bike company, I chose Heybike because of the customer support and the availability of replacement parts that they have, they are better than all the others that I have researched hands down thanks Heybike.

Works wonderfully!! Just completed a week long 401 mile BRAG Bicycle Ride Across Georgia with a 1,000 other participants from all over the USA and several from overseas including 1 from Australia! Only concern I had on my ride was one of the charger I have from my original order does not have a fan built in and gets extremely hot and is extremely slower than the charger I received on my original order for my Heybike Explore last August 2022. If at all possible I would like to return the fanless charger for another charger with a fan. It charges much more rapidly. I would also like to submit a review about my Brag Ride with pics and videos if I can get a replacement charger that has a fan.
