The bike’s performance is awesome, plenty power and the app is a big help. Only complaint if I had one is, needs a way more comfortable seat and the battery sag to fast but it’s a great bike.

Such a great company

I first want to talk about the customer service. FedEx delivered my bike to the wrong house and made me feel like it was my fault they didn’t deliver it to my address. To the point they wouldn’t respond to my calls. I reached out to Heybike and they said they will work with them to figure out what was going on. The Heybike team made sure to respond to my emails by the next day unless it was a weekend. They assured me that if the bike wasn’t recovered by fedex a new one would be shipped. I received and email saying fedex couldn’t locate my bike and Heybike asked me if I wanted to change colors and a new bike was shipped. They were so awesome themselves that they deserve 5 stars. Now let’s talk about my amazing mars 2.0. I was able to out it together with no assistance. And it took at most 30 minutes. The assembly book was complete my user friendly. Once put together I charged the battery and off I went. It definitely has power and makes rides easy. Can use pedal assist or just throttle. Breaking the bike down is super simple. Lifting is a little hard for me but easier if battery is removed first. But if I have someone around it’s helpful to have another assist in lifting in car. The spring makes such a difference in riding in grass or off road paths. I think if they ever update get a back light with integrated turn signals in it would be nice. I also recommend side mirrors. I will be looking into getting me some. Such a fun bike, and a great company. I will be recommending them to everyone looking for a electric bike!

Mars 2.0 dislikes

Bike is great for the price strong and sturdy. But there are some other issues....

Ordered two bikes only one came in the mail, had to call CS... Was told the bike was backordered for another month (wtf). Had to get one that was in stock should be here soon (I hope). There was no flip seat had to call CS again (I hope it comes in a couple days). I'm not so sure if the bike paddles were supposed to fold also ? In the videos it seems like it did. I'll have to call CS again. I just hate the fact it's not packaged right with these stuff when I paid so much for it drives me nuts. Please please please send me the correct parts heybike ! Overall I'm a little disappointed I'll rate the bike itself 8/10 cs 7/10 all the other stuff 3/10. Honest review

Controller issue

On 3/21/24 I had an issue with my heybike Mars. After trouble shooting with the customer service team via chat. We were able to resolve the issue and a replacement controller is in the mail headed this way. Hopefully I can get it swapped out and correct this issue.
