What is the difference between the combo price and buying 2 bikes separately?

Compared to the price of buying 2 bikes separately, the combo price has $100 off, and the warranty is the same as separate buying.

What accessories are included in the combo?

The accessories for each bike in the combo sale are the same as buying one single bike. Generally, the accessories include fenders, keys, chargers, lights, kickstands, baskets, user manuals, toolkits, and so on.

How long will the combo sale last?

On our official website, there are always combo sales with discounted prices. We offer all customers different combos of ebike models to meet their needs.

What's the warranty for Heybike ebikes? Can I extend it?

We provide a 2-year warranty for all Heybike electric bikes, including the combo sale. Besides, the Hero's bike frame has a 10-year warranty.

You can extend the bike warranty at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase. Please note that different plans of extended warranty
need corresponding payment.

What's the return & refund policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. Please first contact our customer service team at support@heybike.com to get a return shipping label.
