Heybike

I’ve only been riding the Ranger 3.0 Pro for a day, but it’s already a massive step up from my last e-bike. The first thing you notice is how solid it feels. It’s an absolute tank and doesn’t wobble at all when you’re weaving through traffic or hitting those inevitable NYC potholes.
The hydraulic brakes are probably my favorite part because they have a firm and smooth feel that reminds me more of a moped than a regular bicycle. It gives me a lot more confidence when I have to stop fast. Plus the torque sensor makes the power feel natural instead of jerky and the full suspension is a lifesaver for my back on rough pavement. It’s also UL 2849 certified which is a huge peace of mind for charging in my apartment.
I haven’t used it for a full delivery shift yet but for a standard commute it’s been a total beast. Big thanks to Suki from the support team too for being so helpful with my setup. If you need a tough and reliable bike for the city this is definitely it.

I already owned the Heybike Mars 1.0 and jumped at the opportunity to upgrade to the Mars 3.0, and I’m so glad I did. This new model feels noticeably more heavy-duty and refined right out of the box. The full suspension makes a huge difference, especially on longer rides and rougher terrain, and the seat is extremely comfortable, which really matters when you’re riding for extended periods.
The power is impressive with quick acceleration, strong torque, and smooth hill climbing—yet it still feels stable and controlled. The fat tires handle everything I’ve thrown at them so far. A big plus is the upgraded display. It’s bright, easy to read, and very intuitive to learn.

The foldable design is practical, the removable battery is convenient, and features like NFC unlock and hydraulic brakes make this feel like a premium upgrade in every way. If you’re coming from an older Mars model or looking for a powerful, comfortable, all-terrain e-bike, the Mars 3.0 is ABSOLUTELY worth it!

Ordered the bike Ranger S 750w on6 days ago and arrived today. Package was in great shape and packaged very well. Fast shipping! Bike was very easy to put together, took about 45 minutes from the time it arrived to unbox it, put it together and start riding. Bike performance is as it states. Right out of the box it reaches 29mph, I'm 5'7" about 170lbs. Bike is very comfortable and feels very solid. Seat is extremely comfortable. It is quite zippy. I owned a lectric XP for a while and this bike is more comfortable to ride and better speed as well. Love the 4" tires. Front suspension works quite well. I think I will buy a suspension seat post in the very near future. The hydraulic brakes works amazing and I haven't even broke them in yet. Stops very quickly. I love the brake light function as well as having turn indicators. I have no negative comments on the bike but hav only rode about 10 miles today. Only thing I would like is for the front headlight to just be brighter, it works well but something brighter would be more desired. I am extremely pleased with this bike. I will do another review after I get a few 100 miles on it and let you know my thoughts. But for the price point for a budget bike, it does not feel at all like a budget bike. The combination of 4” wide tires, a rear air shock and a hydraulic front fork definitely makes this the ultimate comfort e-bike! I’ve been riding
e-bikes for the last six years, but they all had high step over traditional frames. The step through design used on the Ranger 3.0 Pro is so much easier to mount and dismount than the old frames making it effortless and much safer to use. The front and rear suspension function smoothly to absorb all the imperfections of any surface you may be traveling on.
The engineering and thought that went into this fold folding E bike is extra extraordinary, and it all works together perfectly for a reasonable price. The new motor is very quiet and powerful. The brakes are the best I’ve ever used at this price point. The adjustability of the seat and handlebars is large and accommodates most people (I’m 6’2” tall). The bike’s configuration makes you feel in total control standing up on the pedals while holding the bars and twisting the throttle over rough terrain. It’s exhilarating to ride!
I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and definitely recommend it.
Customer service is excellent, it’s UL Approved and there’s even a two year warranty.

I can’t say enough good things about the cityrun E bikes. They have far exceeded our expectations in every way and they’re a perfect combination of comfort and features. From the time we ordered them to the day they arrived, Hey Bike was definitely the right choice. We purchased them on sale directly from their website and received them within a week. They arrived in well packaged heavy duty boxes and were very easy to assemble. The Cityrun bikes had all of the options we were looking for which were 2 1/2 inch tires, hydraulic brakes, fenders, right hand thumb drive, headlights, tail lights, brake lights, great colors (we chose the orange and green), and they also even have a quiet horn to alert distracted trail walkers. In addition the controller display is handy and simple to operate making it easy to change your speed range, turn on/off your display light and more.
We also like that the battery can only be removed by the key it came with, which eliminates battery theft. I’ve added several accessories such as a small dog basket, cell phone holder, rear view mirror and cup holder, all on the handle bar. We also added quick release storage baskets mounted to the rear bike rack that we purchased from Amazon. And I also forgot to mention that each bike comes with a free front or rear aluminum alloy basket. What more could you ask for in an e-bike?

Finally received my Mars 3.0 after dealing with FedEx. I am loving this go anywhere beast. If you have been on the fence about getting one then now is the time.

Great bike with quality parts. Great braking system. My first trail ride at PAS 2 at 24km/hr and a distance of 32km, still had 96 percent battery. Lots of power left in the tank. Absolutely how bike riding should be! 🔥❤️🇨🇦

We live in a town of steep hills and scenic water views and these bikes let us easily navigate the terrain to and from the waterfront activities and entertainment. They are a true joy to ride! I've installed the baskets and love the added utility for quick trips to the market, or just a quick picnic at a local park. I've recommended them to all my friends.

Really enjoying my Heybike! It's my first experience with ebikes and I think I got the best bike first try. Shipping was prompt and assembly went smoothly. I now ride the many local rail trails and take it camping and fishing. My health has improved a lot in just 3 months of riding, I've lost weight and gained strength, and love cruising around the neighborhood with my twin grandchildren. I ordered a Mars 2.0 about 6 months ago. It was easy to put together right out of the box. The seat post that was shipped with my bike was the wrong size. After I sent an email to customer support, they quickly sent me the correct seat post, and I was off enjoying my new bike. I love the comfort and speed of the Mars 2.0 and am ready for this weekend to hit the trails again.

I have 2 Cityruns and both have performed way above my expectations. My oldest, the green model, has over 5k miles on it and my second (a black one) has 2k now. They are comfortable, practical, and durable and are perfect for commuting 40 miles a day. I live in Denver and the Cityrun is ideal for the terrain.

Absolutely loving our new Ranger S 1000W combo bikes! My wife and I have been taking them out multiple nights per week. Battery recharges quickly and the baskets are very robust. VERY happy!!!
