I’ve never ridden an e-bike before. Can I still take a test ride?

Absolutely. A local dealer can introduce you to the controls, riding modes and basic e-bike features before you get started. Let the store team know that it’s your first time, take things at your own pace and enjoy getting to know the bike.

Can I compare more than one Heybike model at the store?

Some dealers may have multiple Heybike models available to view or test ride. Trying more than one can help you compare size, comfort, controls and riding feel in a way that is easier to understand than comparing specifications alone.

If I decide to buy from an authorized dealer, will my bike be covered by Heybike’s warranty?

Yes. Eligible Heybike e-bikes purchased from an authorized dealer are covered by Heybike’s 2-year limited warranty.
You can take a test ride, ask questions and learn more about the bike and its warranty coverage before making your decision—so you can choose and purchase with confidence.

What's the warranty for Heybike ebikes? Can I extend it?

We provide a 2-year warranty for all Heybike electric bikes, including the combo sale. Besides, the Hero's bike frame has a 10-year warranty.

You can extend the bike warranty at the same time you place an order or within 30 days of purchase. Please note that different plans of extended warranty need corresponding payment. Please refer to the Warranty Policy for more details.https://www.heybike.com/pages/warranty

What's the return & refund policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return. Please first contact our customer service team at support@heybike.com to get a return shipping label.
