Glad to finally have my bike back after 2 weeks

Battery charger replacement

I purchased a new charger but it's the wring one. My bike is an discontinued model ,the new charger adapter doesn't fit

Great customer service , I initially ordered the wrong part , I immediately emailed Heybike and the promptly credited my card and allowed me to reorder the correct part with no hassles !

bought e bike on Christmas its jan2. charger just died. no reason. Battery lock broke. customer support has no authority to help. cant even buy a charger cause they are sold out. I think I've only ever has a customer experience this bad was with my cable company
