1. Home Page: Your Personal Riding Dashboard

Opening the app, the Home Page provides the most intuitive vehicle status and control center.

Basic Controls: You can simply slide the switch on the screen to power your e-bike on or off.
Light Control: Tap the button to turn the front light on or off.
Real-Time Status: The Home Page clearly displays the current battery power percentage.
Total Mileage: You can check your bike's ODO mileage at any time.
Riding Profiles: The app features preset riding profiles like Eco, Sport, Turbo, and Custom. Each profile comes with different parameter settings, such as top speed and pedal assist (PAS) level range. Note that this feature is not supported on all Heybike models.

2. Deep Personalization (Bike Settings & Personalize)

Want a ride that perfectly matches your habits? The "Personalize" page has you covered.

Custom Looks & Names: You can change your bike's name, and the name displayed on the Home Page will update accordingly. You can also swipe left or right to change the bike color on the app, which syncs with the Home Page.
Speed Settings: You can seamlessly switch the speed display unit between imperial (mph) and metric (km/h).
Top Speed & Gear Levels: You can customize the user top speed. You can also set a maximum speed limit for each individual PAS level.
Riding Mode: You can adjust how quickly the motor responds to pedaling.
- Boost: Offers a faster response and higher PAS sensitivity, accelerating to top speed more quickly.
- Standard: Provides gentler, smoother acceleration for a more natural ride.
Rider Permissions: When a bike is bound for the first time, the initial user becomes the Owner by default. The Owner can add or remove other users' access, or even transfer bike ownership.

3. Record Every Journey (Share Your Trip & Rankings)

Every ride is worth recording and sharing.

Data Tracking: Record and view your ride data in real time, including ride time, mileage, and average speed.
Social Sharing: Share your ride route and data with others or on social media platforms.
Rankings: View rankings by weekly, monthly, or all-time periods. You can also view your personal ranking details, including accumulated mileage and CO₂ emission reduction.
Medal System: Unlock various medals by hitting milestones in mileage, activity, or community interaction. You can also preview how the selected medal appears when worn on your profile.

4. Join the HEYBIKE Community

Beyond hardcore bike settings, there is a vibrant rider community waiting for you.

Share Moments: You can share text-only Moments. You can also include up to 9 images in each Moment to fully share your riding experience.
Interact & Follow: Like, comment on, and share trending Moments in the community. Follow other community members to stay updated on their latest Moments.
Join Topics: Add up to two topic tags to each Moment you publish. You can also check out "Hot Topics" to see what the community is talking about right now.

5. Exclusive Premium Features: Heybike Connect (Tyson Model Only)

If you are a Tyson model user, you can unlock exclusive premium communication and anti-theft features.

4G Service Management: Intuitively view the remaining duration of your 4G service. You can easily renew your 4G service by entering a redeem code or using Heybike points.
Member Privileges: Enjoy multiple exclusive member privileges. This includes Anti-theft track and Alarm Notification features. The service also covers cutting-edge features like Remote Control and Over-the-air Updates.
